1 Cut the centre portion of puri and fry the ring in oil or airfryer till golden brown.
2 Once it cools, top one donut with sugar icing and add some rainbow sprinkles.
3 For the second, spread chocolate milkmaid icing and draw lines with milkmaid. For a healthier version, mix some raw cacao powder and honey and glaze the doughnut. Top it with a little bit of toasted unsweetened dessicated coconut or a few slices of fresh banana.
4 On the third, pour the pink milkmaid beetroot paste and top it with grated beetroot.
5 For the last, pour milkmaid on top and decorate with gems. TIP: Get creative! Spread some cashew or almond butter and top it with a few slices of apple or sprinkle with crushed pistachio.
