Quinoa is a grain from Andes mountains from South America. It was mainly cultivated by the Pre-Columbians around Lake Titicaca in Peru and Bolivia.Quinoa is high in Protein content and contains twice as much fiber than other grains. Quinoa contains Iron, Lysine, Magnesium, Riboflavin (B2) and high content of Manganese. Quinoa is gluten-free. It is very good for diabetic people.

1/4 cup
Quinoa flour
1 1/2 tsp
Tomato powder
1/2 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Onion powder
1/2 tsp
Dried Oregano
1 tsp
Salt
INGREDIENTS
no extra ingredients required

1 Prepare ingredients for flour mix.

2 Mix them well in a big bowl.

3 Transfer the dry ingredients from the bowl to flour container. Fill water and oil in the respective containers. Select your flour settings, thickness, roasting level and oil. Select the number of rotis you want to make and press 'Play'.

4 Enjoy hot fresh soft Quinoa Tomato Roti with your favorite side dish.
