Ragi flour

Semolina
1 tsp

INGREDIENTS

1 Prepare ingredients for flour mix.

2 Mix them well in a big bowl.

3 Transfer the dry ingredients from the bowl to flour container. Fill water and oil in the respective containers. Select your flour settings, thickness, roasting level and oil. Select the number of puris you want to make and press 'Play'.

4 Remove the flattened disc immediately from the Rotimatic. Allow the flattened puri disc to cool for sometime (up to 1-2 hrs). Deep fry fresh flattened disc in hot oil till it’s puffed and golden brown. Remove fried Puri, drain on a paper towel for a minute and enjoy with your favourite side dish.
