Rosemary Spelt Roti

Spelt is a cousin of wheat but much richer in vitamins and minerals. Spelt contains significant levels of iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, zinc, selenium, niacin, thiamin, vitamin B6, and folic acid. Including spelt flour in your diet helps in regulating body’s metabolism, increase circulation, build strong bones, improve immunity, aid digestive function, lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels in the body.

Aashirvaad Whole Wheat Atta
1/4 cup
Spelt flour
1/2 tbsp
Rosemary powder
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Salt
INGREDIENTS
no extra ingredients required

1 Prepare ingredients for flour mix.

2 Mix them well in a big bowl.

3 Transfer the dry ingredients from the bowl to flour container. Fill water and oil in the respective containers. Select your flour settings, thickness, roasting level and oil. Select the number of rotis you want to make and press 'Play'.

4 Enjoy hot fresh Rosemary Spelt Roti with your favourite side dish.
