Pearl Millet is a high fiber grain. It takes a long time to digest and releases glucose slowly into the bloodstream, hence is excellent food for diabetic people. As peal millet is rich in insoluble fiber it aids in digestion. It also reduces secretion of bile acids and is linked to a lower risk of gallstone formation. It has a distinct nutty taste of its own.
1 Prepare ingredients for flour mix.
2 Mix them well in a big bowl.
3 Transfer the dry ingredients from the bowl to flour container. Fill water and oil in the respective containers. Select your flour settings, thickness, roasting level and oil. Select the number of rotis you want to make and press 'Play'.
4 Enjoy hot fresh Sesame Pearl Millet Roti with your favourite side dish.
