Delayed response

I am fine with my rotimatic having problems once in a while. Afterall, it was a relatively new product in the market so it wouldn’t be as developed yet but I think it has been serving me well. It worked perfectly well for me for about 8 months before an issue started arising. Contacted tech support and they were a little slow in trying to resolve my issue. Not the best support I have seen but product is definitely worth it
