We had preordered our Rotimatic few years ago and got it in May 2017. It worked great for few days and then we had issues. After going through the customer service and multiple replacements due to different issues everytime, we finally received a new unit in Jan 2018 and it seems to be working fine. I would like to thank Hian, the investor of Rotimatic who came across my post on FB and contacted me to get my issues resolved. We love the Rotimatic, it is really convenient. Mealtimes are much quicker now with Rotimatic. Love the Puri and Pizza option too, however I use it mostly for Rotis. Our son is very fond of Rotis and he loves it too. Thank you Rishi & Pranoti for this wonderful invention. Hope it continues to work as a wonder always.
