We received our rotimatic and were very excited to use it but we are unable to connect wifi. We tried everything from restarting the router to enabling 2.4G and disabling 5G but it still wouldn’t work. In the end we skipped the connection and contacted support. They helped us fix the issue evetually but the process wasn’t too straightforward. However, having said that, the machine is great. Does what is promises to do and the rotis are amazing – hot & puffed. We use it everyday. But pls fix the initial connecting issues as they just take the initial excitement away. Rest everything was good. The support team was also very helpful and prompt.
