I read alot of bad reviews about the Rotimatic and decided not to buy it. However my husband bought it for me instead and the first week in, the machine couldn’t stop spouting out uncooked doughballs! I was super fustrated. I had my doubts about customer service but I diecided to give it a go anyway. To my surprise the 24/7 chat was very efficient and good and told me what to do. They remotely tweaked my rotimatic and it’s now working like a charm.
