Puri Ladoo

Make these impressive Ladoos from leftover Puris. Combine them with Jaggery, Ghee, spices and nut powders, which are good fats, to make it a healthy ladoo for kids.

⅓ cup
Semolina
1 tsp
Salt in water containter
INGREDIENTS

Puris
10 tsp
Sugar or jaggery sugar
1 tsp
Cardamom powder
3 tsp
Almond powder or crushed nuts

1 Make puris using regular puri recipe.

2 Let it cool. Tear puris into small pieces.

3 Mix in sugar or jaggery, cardamom powder, almond powder and grind in mixer.

4 Press mixture with hands and form a ball. Grease your palms with some ghee for easier rolling. Top it with crushed nuts or almond powder.
