How to Avail of the Rotimatic Extended Warranty
To avail of the Rotimatic Care+ warranty, you need to contact with our customer support via the Rotimatic app or by email.
Our agents will go through a service checklist before establishing if the unit can be repaired or replaced.
We offer a no-cost replacement process in which the unit will be picked up and a new one delivered to your home while it is in the warranty period.
Our customer service experts will establish if the machine needs to be replaced, and then you will be referred to Extend for a short claim process, after which a new one will be shipped to you.
