So, if you purchase a machine with 3 years of extended warranty, you can enjoy peace of mind for four years from the date of delivery!

Diagnosis and Resolution

Our experts will assess the problem. Software issues can often be fixed remotely. For hardware issues, we'll guide you on how to proceed. Depending on the diagnosis, we'll either help you resolve the issue remotely or if it's a hardware problem, we'll assist you in returning your machine for replacement.

Machine Replacement

We'll provide a label for you to print, pack the Rotimatic in the original box, and arrange for pickup with the logistics provider. Once your Rotimatic is collected, we'll ship a replacement unit that will be delivered within 4 - 10 days.
