So, if you purchase a machine with 3 years of extended warranty, you can enjoy peace of mind for four years from the date of delivery!

How To Avail Of The Rotimatic Extended Warranty

To avail of the Rotimatic Care+ warranty, you need to get in touch with our customer support via the Rotimatic app or by email. Our agents will go through a service checklist before establishing if the unit can be repaired or replaced. We offer a no-cost repair or replacement process in which the unit will be picked up and a new one delivered to your home.

If you are protected by Extend, the process is similar. Our customer service experts will establish if the machine needs to be replaced, and then you will be referred to Extend for a short claim process, after which a new one will be shipped to you.

STEP 2

Our experts will contact you to diagnose the issue. Software issues can be fixed remotely. In case of hardware issue, we will let you know how to return your machine for repair or replacement.

STEP 3

Just print the label, pack Rotimatic in the original box, and contact the logistics provider to arrange for pick up.

STEP 4

Once your Rotimatic is picked up, we will ship a replacement unit that will be delivered within 4 - 10 days.
