- Sattu Flour – 1.5 Cups
- Finely Chopped Onions – 1.5 Cups
- Finely Chopped Green Chillies – 3 to 6
- Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves – 21 to 24 Cloves
- Finely Chopped Ginger – 6 Inch
- Finely Chopped Cilantro – 3/4th Cup
- Pickle Juice (or Aamchur powder) – 3 TSP
- 3 tsp Lemon Juice – 3 TSP
- Cumin Seeds – 1.5 TSP
- Asafoetida – A pinch
- Salt - As per taste
