My older son loves this Sandwich Aloo Paratha Sujata Multi Grain Flour: Almond Flour 2:1, I had selected Roti option (Pilsbury/Sujata Multigrain) Added more cheese for the kids and very little for me and my hubby. Tossed it in Tawa with 1 tsp ghee.

Making Aloo paratha was never so easy and quick (at least for a South Indian like me )....now it has literally become a child’s play !! All thanks to #Rotimatic… Boiled potatoes n mashed them along with green chilli n ginger paste, coriander, a little garam masala , chat masala n salt. Made rotis with T:2,R:4, O:2 settings, Aashirwad select atta... After the Rotis come out, slit them along the top layer , spread the potato mixture evenly inside , covered with the top layer, pressed gently and roasted for 1/2 a minute on each side applying oil ( u can use butter instead) on the tawa .. thats it !!!
